I’ve spent my career inside real businesses: automotive e-commerce, premium local services and home services. That meant hands-on work across website design and development, Shopify, digital marketing, advertising, analytics, conversion optimization, customer experience and day-to-day operations.

I’ve looked at ad spend and asked why it wasn’t turning into sales. I’ve watched customers hesitate on a product page and rebuilt it to answer their question. I’ve planned service pages around what people search for in Southwest Florida. That experience shapes every website I make.
